    Customer Service Support Professional

    As a Stream customer service support professional you’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced team helping our customers with questions and concerns relating to various products and services in the consumer electronics, telecommunications, computer, and media and entertainment industries. You’ll take mainly inbound calls and may also be required to connect with our customers using e-mail and chat. When dealing with each customer’s unique situation, our customer service support professionals are always polite and helpful and most importantly they show a genuine interest in serving our customers.     Technical Support Professional

    As a Stream technical support professional you’ll be working for one of the most established technical support providers in the industry. You’ll provide technical support for Fortune 1000 companies servicing some of the worlds most advanced and well-known technology products and services. Depending on your technical skill-level and experience, you’ll troubleshoot and solve simple to complex issues for both consumers as well as business customers.  From PCs to printers to Internet services, we value and need your technical talent for problem solving, as well as your great customer service skills to provide high-quality experiences.

    Sales Support Professional

    As a Stream sales support professional you’ll be part of a high-energy, highly motivated team responsible for promoting sales and service on every inbound or outbound customer call. You’ll participate in ongoing, thorough training sessions to keep you up-to-date and familiar with our clients’ products and services including new introductory offers, specials and discount programs. This training, along with active listening and a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, enables you to give honest, reliable recommendations, helping create successful sales and satisfied customers.
