What can I expect after submitting an application? Or what happens once we get your resume?
Initial selection
First, our recruiters review your online resume and qualifications. We then select candidates for an initial interview based on your skill set match to the job requirements and your online assessments scores.
First interview
Usually a one-on-one interview is conducted over the phone. This is a great way for us to get to know you, understand your career interests and qualifications, and evaluate your potential future with Stream Global Services.
Second interview
We invite top candidates from the phone interview to attend an on site experience, which typically takes place in the office location where you hope to work. The on site experience is designed to give you an opportunity to learn more about the job, ask questions and speak to someone at Stream who manages the day-to-day business. Depending upon the position, you may be required to pass a technical, sales and/or language proficiency assessment.
Hiring decision
We usually make a decision within 1-2 days of you attending the on site experience. In many cases a decision to hire AND an offer is extended as soon as the on site experience is completed!
We know that waiting to hear can be tough—so we let you know as soon as we can.
Ongoing contact
Our recruiters and professional staff will stay in touch with you throughout the recruitment process and are available during your training. Feel free to ask questions or request additional information at any time.
